Online Coaching

Are you ready to achieve the next level in your running.  Whether its to set a PR, conquer a new distance, sign up for your first marathon.  A professional running coach can provide the guidance needed to help you achieve your goals! For runners who are looking for individualized feedback and guidance throughout training, online coaching is the best option.

All athletes receive:

  • Initial evaluation/fitness assessment where we review the athlete’s history and establish training goals.
  • Bi-Weekly customized training schedule with detailed workout description and instruction. Your training plan will have detailed paces and distances.
  • Training log review; modification and fine-tuning of training schedule as needed.
  • Access to coach via email, text and phone.
  • Running-specific stretching and strength training tips to help you develop more efficient techniques and pre
    vent injury.
  •  overall nutrition and hydration recommendations to perform at your best.
  • Injury advice and modification of training schedule.
  • Race preparation advice.
  • COST: $20 per week (12 week minimum)
    or
    $100 per month (no minimum)

ONE ON ONE TRAINING
For clients North of Boston
Can include any of the following:

  • Accompany you on a run.
  • Coach you on the track for speed work specific to your goal race.
  • Provide race day fueling and hydration guidelines.
    Runner’s strength training program
  • COST: $60 per session (up to 60 minutes)
